Step 02

Design Development

Once we know what is possible, we move into a far more detailed planning phase. This involves architectural designs, municipal planning, structural drafting, engineering, and creating certainty with fixed project costs prior to starting construction.

Step 03

Pre-Construction

While continuing to fine-tune your project through design choices and product selections, we plan out the construction activities, obtain building permits, and tackle the procurement activities ensuring we are set up to hit the ground running.

Step 04

Construction

This is where you sit back, and let us do the heavy lifting.  As our team brings your project to life, rest assured that every aspect of construction will be executed with the same care as if we were working on our own home. We walk you through the project at various points, and keep you updated as we proceed. We stay in frequent contact with proactive updates and are available to answer any questions you may have. 

Step 05

Warranty & Service

Just because you've moved in, doesn't mean we're finished.  We stand behind our work throughout your project's warranty period, and are available for any questions or concerns you may have. We want you to be thrilled!
