On this challenging waterways property, we completed a major renovation and added a long, narrow attached garage designed to fit two cars, a workshop, and extra driveway space—since a wider garage wasn’t possible. The home had water leak damage and poor energy efficiency, so we upgraded the insulation, windows, and doors to make it completely airtight and weatherproof. With a focus on the exterior, the addition blends function and style seamlessly while protecting the home from the elements.
